The Serenbe Community
Serenbe, a sustainable community development located south of Atlanta which has partnered with Bosch to promote green living.
Each Serenbe building project is designed to flow with the terrain, disturbing our natural landscape as little as possible. The entire community is laid out with accessible pathways to encourage walking. Native plants and organic landscaping techniques are used exclusively throughout Serenbe, eliminating the need for chemicals and expensive lawn maintenance.
The Bosch Experience Center, is available for your next sales meeting, retreat, cooking demonstration, lecture, musical performance, dinner or social event. Both an education and interaction hub, the center will offer consumers, trade professionals and in-fluencers in the sustainability space the opportunity to learn about Bosch solutions while serving as a world-class gathering spot for discussions on sustainability research and education.

EarthCraft Houses All homes are built to the standards of the EarthCraft House Program. These standards include energy efficiency, low maintenance, air quality, water conservation, and resource-efficient building materials and systems. An EarthCraft House is a healthy, comfortable home that reduces utility bills and protects the environment.
Join the 2015 Green Living Art, Photography and Creative Writing Contest! The children of Serenbe are invited to participate in a contest on the topic “How can we live a greener life”. This year’s contest runs from January 1, 2015 through November 30, 2015.
